Fernando Gualda (Fox): Chile and Peru will Keep Growing
Chile, with a 12% to 15% yearly growth, and Peru, with a 10% to 12% yearly growth, have become two promising markets for the television business.
“I think that in the next five years these markets are going to be magical in terms of growth,” foretold Fernando Gualda, general manager of Fox Latin America Channels, who is in charge of those markets.
The executive also stressed that many operators have Fox as a main offer. Fox has 25 channels and has just completed the HD channel packet.
“Our channels are very well designed for different audiences and we are very proud of the way in which our production and creative teams have worked. A good example is all the change in Fox Life and Utilísima. It’s all about knowing how to address what the audience is expecting today and what they will expect tomorrow,” stressed Gualda .
